RMG worker’s bullet-hit body found

Police recovered the bullet-hit body of a garment worker from Ashulia, on the outskirts of Dhaka, early Saturday, reports UNB.

The deceased is Russel Khan, 27, son of Fazlu Khan and a worker of 'Manta Apparels'.

Locals took bullet-hit Russel to Enam Medical College Hospital around 2:30am, said Jabed Masud, inspector of Ashulia police station, adding that an exchange of gunfire took place in Shimultola around 1:00am.

Later, duty doctors declared him dead.

The OC said that they have primary information that following an incident of mobile phone snatching, Russel along with his several friends went to the area to catch the snatches.
