Shuvo surprises ‘Aynabaji’ viewers

Popular actor Arefin Shuvo has surprised film-lovers with a special character in the much-talked about film ‘Aynabaji’.

The casts and crew of the film wanted his surprise appearance be a secret for audience, Shuvo told Prothom Alo.  

"There are a number of noted celebrities who worked in films as guest star. However, here in Bangladesh, we don't usually see having a guest star in our movies.

“Making guest appearance is not a new thing for foreign films. This practice is almost absent in our industry,” said the Dhallywood heartthrob.

"The plot of ‘Aynabaji’ is excellent. I believe a new chapter has been made through this film," he added.   

Chanchal Chowdhury and debutant Nabila starrer ‘Aynabaji’ opened Friday in Dhaka theatres.

Amitav Reza’s directorial debut has already received a phenomenal response in terms of countrywide hall bookings and positive words of mouth.
