Midday Escapades

Two hijol trees stand right next to a house, serving as a playground for the children. Sometimes they hang from the branches. At other times, they climb up the trees and scramble back down moments later. The trees have become their own little world of play. They indulge in such spirited fun in the afternoon. The photographs were recently taken by Anis Mahmud in Sorishakandi village in Sylhet Sadar.
