BCB chief selector Minhajul tests positive for Covid-19

Chief selector of Bangladesh national cricket team and former national captain Minhajul Abedin alias Nannu tested positive for Covid-19 Wednesday night, reports UNB.

Nannu talked to different media on Wednesday on the occasion of the Bangladesh’s historic victory over New Zealand in Mount Maunganui.

While delivering his reactions to the local media, he was reportedly feeling uneasy with mild fever and gave sample for Covid-19 test.

Later in the evening, he received the report and was found positive for Covid-19.

Minhajul has no other symptoms except the mild fever and went to isolation at home and is taking treatment there.
