Bangladesh ICT competition to kick off second round
Bangladesh ICT competition is going to kick off its second round this week with top 127 students from across the country, said a press release.
Totaled 1000 final-year students from 30 universities took part in the first round of the competition--organised by Huawei and Bangladesh computer council--slated in January this year.
Of them, only 127 students have been selected based on their results following a six-month long training conducted by Huawei.
In the second round, students will get a training of 15-day long online course from Huawei Certified ICT Associate (HCIA) and later sit for examination to qualify for the third stage.
The winners of second round from every participant university will form a three-membered team to vie for the final one. Instructors from Huawei headquarter will provide necessary training to the contestants to pass the round.
Later, the top three teams will be announced as winners. Along with prizes, they will get an opportunity to visit Huawei headquarters in Shenzhen, China, if the pandemic situation improves.
