How to apply for SSC result re-evaluation
The process of rechecking the results of this year's Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and its equivalent examinations will start on Monday (1 June).
The students, who are not pleased with their SSC results published today, can request for re-evaluating the results between 1 and 7 June, says a notice published on the website of the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education.
Applying for rechecking results of a single paper will cost Tk 125.
The students can apply for re-evaluating their results only through Teletalk SIM (subscriber identity module) cards.
To this end, one needs to type: RSC -space- first three letters of the board -space- roll number -space- subject code, and send the SMS to 16222.
For example if one candidate of Dhaka board wants to recheck results of Bangla first paper, s/he has to follow the instruction: RSC -space- DHA -space- 1234 -space- 101. For more than one subject: RSC -space- DHA -space- 1234 -space- 101, 102, 107, 108.
Once the message is sent, mobile operator Teletalk will reply with an SMS with a PIN number and inform the candidate with the amount of money to be charged.
The applicant then again has to send another SMS as follows: RSC - space- YES -space- PIN number -space- mobile phone number (any operator) and send it to 16222. For example: RSC-space -YES- space -0099-space-01534-******.
