The Universal College Bangladesh (UCB) and Monash College Australia are going to jointly organise an online training session for Bangladeshi students, said a press release.

The virtual event will be aired on 25 June between 11:00am and 12:30pm titled “Effective problem solving: Excelling in Tests”. Students from eight to 12 grades will get certificates issued by UCB for attending this cost-free event.

Australian high commissioner to Bangladesh, Jeremy Bruer, will attend the programme as the chief guest while pro-vice chancellor and president of Monash university Malaysia professor Andrew Walker and the chief executive officer of Monash College Australia Jo Mithen as keynote speakers.

Director of UCB and the managing director of Boston consulting group Malaysia Zarif Munir said the keynote sessions will explain how Bangladeshi students can start their journey for obtaining a degree from Monash University.

Kathleen O’Brien—team leader, learning skills adviser, diplomas division, Monash College Australia—and Mohan Nair—team Leader, law and accounting business diplomas, diplomas division, Monash College Australia— will conduct the student development programme.

The training will provide insights on developing key problem-solving skills and the methods to improve performance in tests.
