Joya in 'Rajkahini'

Popular Bangladeshi actress Joya Ahsan will be seen hitting the Kolkata movie theatres on the eve of Durga Puja.
She has been starred in the movie Rajkahini, a film directed by national award wining filmmaker Sujit Mukherjee.
The movie trailer will be released on 15 August. The music videos are slated for a release in September.
Joya will also participate in the promotional activities of the film.
Joya said, “The plot of this movie is based on partition of India. I felt like I was actually living in that era. Those who learnt about this movie from Facebook and Twitter, have appreciated a lot”
“I felt the same way while working for the movie Guerrilla. I cannot anticipate audience reaction right now,” she added.
Rituparna Sengupta, Saswata Chatterjee, Abir, Jishu Sengupta, Parno, Priyanka Sarkar, Lily Chakraborty, Sudipta Chakraborty, Sayani Ghosh, Dhritiman Chaterji, Ridhima Ghosh, Ditipriya Roy, Anna Saha, Kanchan Mullick, Rudranil Ghosh, Rajatava Dutta, Biswajit Chatterjee, Bratya Basu and Kaushik Sen will star in the movie as well.
