Sabbir and Naila Nayem's ad gone off air

A TV commercial starring cricketer Sabbir Rahman and model Naila Nayem went off air following Bangladesh Cricket Board's directive. 

BCB authorities sent an email to Sabbir and concerned TV channels, asking them to stop airing the TV commercial of an energy drink.
BCB considered this commercial objectionable. However, no BCB official made any comment in this regard.
A section of netizens also castigated the commercial on social networking sites. The TV commercial is off air for past two days.
Sabbir did not make any comment on this issue.
However, a source close to him said Sabbir did not realise this commercial would receive negative criticism.
Sabbir has one-year contract with the company and does not want to cut ties with it, the source said adding that he would be more cautious about scripts.
Recently, Naila Nayem faced stern criticism for a promotional video on breast cancer awareness also.
