Decided to put an end to our 9-year relationship: Nusraat Faria

Silver screen actress Nusraat Faria has formally announced the annulment of her engagement with Rony Riad Rashid, three years after they exchanged rings with promise of marriage.

“We had announced our engagement three years back on this day. After much consideration, Rony and I have decided to separate, ending nine long years of relationship,” she wrote on her official Facebook handle on Wednesday noon.

She, however, claimed to have a good friendship and understanding with Rony and sought prayers from her fans and well wishers for the coming days.

“My fans and well wishers, please pray for me during this trying time,” she wrote.

Nusrat Faria had exchanged rings with Rony Riyad Rashid in March 2020 and disclosed the engagement formally through social media the following June. She said that they would tie the knot anytime soon.
