Lowest temperature recorded in Tetulia

This year’s lowest temperature has been recorded at 6.2 degrees Celsius in Tetulia, Panchagarh on Wednesday morning, reports UNB.

Tetulia, the last border town in Bangladesh’s north, is no stranger to extreme cold.

On 8 January last year, mercury fell to 2.6C in Tetulia, the lowest-ever recorded temperature in Bangladesh’s history.
