Met office forecasts rain for Saturday

Rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty/squally wind is likely to occur at most places over Barishal and Chattogram divisions and at a few places over Khulna, Dhaka and Sylhet divisions and one or two places over Rajshahi, Rangpur in the next 24 hours till 6:00pm tomorrow (Saturday).

It may also rain at few places over Khulna, Dhaka, Sylhet divisions and at one or two places over Rajshahi, Rangpur, Mymensingh divisions with moderately heavy to heavy fall at places over south west parts of the country.

There might be moderate rain falls at one or two places over Rangpur and Rajshahi divisions and heavy to very heavy falls at places over Khulna, Barishal and Chattogram divisions during the period.

Day temperature may fall slightly and night temperature may rise slightly over the country, Met office said.

The sun sets in the capital tomorrow at 06:44pm and will rise on Sunday at 5:10am.

Country's highest temperature 35.5 degree Celsius was recorded on Friday in Rajshahi and lowest 23.0 degree in Jashore.
