Beautiful lessons, beautiful game

They call him the mastermind, the professor, the machine and many other things too, and Xavi is without doubt the instigator of a golden age for Barcelona and Spain, who he has led to unprecedented honors. With a World Cup, two Euros, three Champions Leagues and seven Spanish titles he is the passing virtuoso that grinds the opposition down and is so slick ex-Spain coach Luis Aragones said it almost looked like he was playing in a tuxedo. Diego Maradona once said each of his games was a beautiful football lesson. He has made more than 700 of those lessons for Barcelona and more than 130 for Spain.
