Rohingya leader Mohib Ullah gunned down in Ukhiya
Rohingya leader Mohib Ullah was gunned down by miscreants at Kutupalong of Ukhiya in Cox’s Bazar on Wednesday night. He was the chairman of Arakan Society for Peace and Human Rights.
The law enforcement agency, however, couldn’t immediately identify the killer and the reason behind his killing.
Mohib Ullah came under gun attack at around 8:30pm at Lambacia rohingya camp in Kutupalong, confirmed armed police battalion additional police superintendent Mohammad Kamran Hossain who was discharging duties at that camp.
Kamran Hossain told Prothom Alo that he was taken to the Kutupalong MSF hospital where on-duty physician pronounced him dead.
