Man killed in Chattogram clash

A grocery shop owner was stabbed to death during a clash between two groups of youths in Muradpur area of Panchlaish in Chattogram on Friday night, reports UNB.

The deceased is Mostak Ahmed, 30.

Two groups of youths locked into a series of clashes in Pilkhana road area from morning to afternoon, said Abul Kashem Bhuiyan, officer-in-charge of Panchlaish police station.

"They again locked into a clash at night. Mostak tried to stop the groups as his son was among them and received stab injuries. He died around 9:30pm," the OC added.
