
AkijBashir Group and Envisio Group have signed a significant Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), marking the beginning of a strategic collaboration aimed at expanding the reach of AkijBashir’s premium product portfolio, reports a press release.
The MoU was signed on 18 January, 2026 by Mohammod Khourshed Alam, chief operating officer of AkijBashir Group, and KM Sumon, managing director of Envisio Group, in the presence of senior officials from both organisations.
Under the terms of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), Envisio Group will feature AkijBashir’s leading brands—Akij Ceramics, ROSA Sanitaryware and Bathware, Akij Board, Akij Door, and Akij Glass—offering customers a complete solution for tiles, sanitaryware, bathware, boards, doors, and glass products.
Both companies will collaborate on marketing initiatives and leverage each other’s brand presence to reach new customers, strengthening both companies’ positions in the competitive building materials sector.
Khourshed Alam expressed, “This collaboration aligns with our goal to deliver world-class building materials and enrich modern living experiences for our customers across Bangladesh, while reinforcing our commitment to innovation and excellence.”

Notable attendees from the AkijBashir Group included Mohammed Ashraful Haque, head of sales at Akij Ceramics, Bishwajit Paul, head of sales at ROSA Sanitaryware, and Abduhu Sufi, head of sales at AkijBashir Glass, along with other senior team members from both organisations, who were also present to witness the signing.
