Model found dead in Mirpur

A woman was found dead at her flat at Rupnagar in the city's Mirpur area on Tuesday.
The deceased is Sabira Hossain, 21, a female model and a sales executive of Gaan Bangla Music Channel.
Police suspect she has committed suicide and they have arrested one Nirjhar Sinha Rawnak in this connection.
Mohammad Shahin Kabir, inspector (investigation) of Rupnagar police station, said Nirjhar recovered the body hanging from the ceiling.
Sabira’s Facebook updates suggest she has committed suicide due to an unhappy relationship with her boyfriend, he added.
Her body has been sent to Dhaka Medical College Hospital for autopsy.
