39th BCS: Gazette over recruiting 4,443 physicians published

A gazette notification has been published over the appointment of 4,443 physicians under the 39th Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS).

The public administration ministry issued the notification, appointing 4,203 assistant surgeons and 240 assistant dental surgeons, said an official release on Tuesday.

The appointees have been urged to join their respective workplaces as directed by the ministry concerned by 8 December.

If anyone does not join by the time, his/her appointment will be cancelled assuming that he or she is not agreed to join the job.

The Public Service Commission (PSC) published circular of the 39th BCS on 10 April 2018.

A total of 13,219 candidates qualified for the post of assistant surgeon and 531 candidates for the post of assistant dental surgeon in the preliminary test.
