IU holds ‘Quality assurance’ workshop
A workshop titled 'Quality assurance' was held at Islamic University, Kushtia on Monday aiming to producing students well-versed in valuing and providing quality, whatever the field might be.
Institutional Quality Assurance Cell of the university organised the workshop at Birshrestha Hamidur Rahman Auditorium of the campus around 11:00am.
IU vice-chancellor M Harun-Ur-Rashid Askari addressed the workshop as the chief guest and resource person while pro-vice-chancellor M Shahinoor Rahman and treasurer M Selim Toha attended as the special guests with IUQAC director M Abdus Sobahan in the chair.
Around two hundred students of various departments took part on the workshop.
Among others, IU student advisor professor Paresh Chandra Barman and acting proctor M Anisur Rahman were present at the workshop.
