Mahbub Hossain to serve as cabinet secretary for one more year

Cabinet secretary Mahbub Hossain will continue for another year in his role as cabinet secretary under a contractual appointment with effect from 14 October this year.

The Ministry of Public Administration issued a gazette notification in this regard on Tuesday.

Mahbub Hossain was scheduled to go on post-retirement leave (PRL) on 13 October.
