The International Crimes Tribunal (ICT) on Monday fixed 28 November for submitting charge sheet before it against three accused from Netrakona district in the cases filed for crimes against humanity during the 1971 liberation war.
The accused are Hedayet Ullah Anju, his brother Enayet Ullah Manju of Atpara upazila and Sohrab Fakir of Madan upazila in Netrakona district.
Among the three, Fakir is now in jail while the two siblings are on the run.
The 3-member International Crimes Tribunal led by justice Anwarul Haque passed the order following a time petition filed by the prosecution.
On 8 September, the International Crimes Tribunal (ICT) investigation agency finalised the probe report against the three accused.
Six counts of charges, including murder, kidnap and torture, were brought against the accused in the report.
Earlier on 4 February this year, police arrested Sohrab Fakir in connection with a case filed with Gouripur police station in Mymensingh.
The tribunal on 8 February issued an arrest warrant against the siblings-- Anju and Manju.
