
High Court lawyer Shakila Farzana was released on bail on Tuesday, reports news agency UNB.
She was arrested almost 10 months ago for alleged terror financing.
According to senior jail super Iqbal Kabir Chowdhury, Shakila was released from Chittagong Central Jail around 5:30pm after the documents and papers relevant to her bail order reached the jail authorities.
The Supreme Court upheld her bail petition on Sunday.
The HC had granted bail to Barrister Shakila earlier on 22 February in the terror financing case until charges were framed against her.
On 18 August, 2015, Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested the three lawyers Shakila, Hasanuzzaman Liton, and Mahfuz Chowdhury Papon on charge of financing militant group Sahed Hamza Brigade (SHB) from Dhanmondi.
On 21 February, they were shown arrested in a case filed in connection with arms recovery from Latmoni hill in Banshkhali upazila.

Papon were released on bail on 15 December last year.
Shakila Farzana, 39, is a member of the Dhaka District Bar Association and the SC Bar Association. She is a practicing lawyer at the High Court division of the SC.
She is the joint general secretary of the Supreme Court unit of Bangladesh Jatiyatabadi Ainjibi Forum. She is also the daughter of Syed Wahidul Alam, a former BNP whip and lawmaker from Chittagong.
