Slum near Farmgate catches fire

Fire-fighter put out a fire that broke out at a slum in the city’s Farmgate area on Wednesday morning, reports UNB.
Ataur Rahman, duty officer of the fire service control room, said the fire erupted at the slum behind the Green Super Market in the area at 8:35 am.

On information, 10 fire-fighting units rushed to the spot and brought the fire under control.
