Reshuffle in three secretary posts, including Public Division of President's Office

Three secretaries have been reshuffled, with Rafiqul Islam Mohammad, who was transferred from the Ministry of Agriculture to the Public Division of the President's Office as Secretary 11 days ago, has been transferred once again.

The contract-based secretary has now been posted as secretary of the Rural Development and Cooperatives Division.

Additionally, the Secretary of the Rural Development and Co-operatives Division, Mohammed Showkat Rashid Chowdhury, has been made the Chairman (Secretary) of the Land Reform Board. Meanwhile, the Chairman of the Land Reform Board, AJM Salahuddin Nagri has been appointed as the Secretary of the Public Division of the President's Office.

This information was revealed today, on Friday through separate circulars issued by the Ministry of Public Administration.

Earlier on 10 August, the government had made changes to the posts of Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture and Secretary of the Public Division of the President's Office.

Contractually appointed Agriculture Ministry Secretary Rafiqul Islam Mohammad was made Secretary (contractual) of the Public Division of the President's Office. At the same time, Additional Secretary of the Agriculture Ministry Md Selim Khan was promoted to the rank of Secretary and appointed as the Secretary of the same ministry.

On the other hand, through separate circulars on that day, the Secretary of the Public Division of the President's Office, Khan Md Nurul Amin, was attached to the Ministry of Public Administration.
