President, PM mourn JaPa secy Ziauddin Ahmed Bablu’s death

President M Abdul Hamid today expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of Jatiya Party (JaPa) secretary general, former minister and DUCSU general secretary (GS) Ziauddin Ahmed Bablu, reports BSS.

In a message of condolence, the president prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family, president's press secretary Joynal Abedin told BSS.

In a separate message, prime minister Sheikh Hasina expressed deep condolence at the death of Jatiya Party (JaPa) secretary Ziauddin Ahmed Bablu.

Bablu died while undergoing treatment at Bangladesh Specialized Hospital in capital's Shyamoli this morning at the age of 66.
