Bangladesh a lucrative business hub: BMCCI

Country’s entrepreneurs want to uphold Bangladesh as a lucrative business hub and highlight its increasing economic diversity through the third ‘Showcase Bangladesh-2014’ to be held in Malaysia on November 14-16.

Apart from branding Bangladesh abroad, the trade show will help attract Malaysian investment to prospective areas that will contribute towards reducing the trade gap between the two countries, organisers told a press conference at city’s Sonargaon Hotel.

“Bangladesh is a country of hope, Bangladesh is a country of opportunities and possibilities. We have a big market of 16 crore people,” said chairman of the fair organising committee Syed Nurul Islam.
