Legal notice served to remove 'Allah Meherban' from Youtube
A lawyer has served a legal notice on Jaaz Multimedia to remove Nusraat Faria starrer item number ‘Allah Meherban’ of ‘Boss-2’ from YouTube and social media networks within three days.
The lawyer Mohammad Huzzatul Islam Khan, on behalf of his client Mohahammad Azizul Bashar, sent the notice on Sunday.
Mohammad Huzzatul Islam Khan said, "We gave a three-day notice to stop streaming the video. I hope everything will be sorted out by this time."
A copy of the legal notice was sent to secretaries of information ministry and cultural affairs ministry, president and managing director of Bangladesh Film Development Corporation, police inspector general, censor board chairman and Boss-2 production house Jazz Multimedia's chairman Abdul Aziz.
Nusraat Faria has come under fire by social media users for her choice of costume in the latest music video, 'Allah Meherbaan'.
The video song from her upcoming film, 'Boss 2', has recently been released on video sharing site Youtube.
