Walton to launch thinnest smartphone X3

Walton Electronics Company is going to launch its thinnest smart phone ever, Walton X3, shortly.

Walton authorities said that the 5.5milimeter android based-smartphone will be introduced in the market by the middle of July. Its price will be around Tk 35 thousand.

Walton additional director S M Rezwanul Alam told Prothom Alo,"X3 will be the flagship phone of Walton. The phone will cost less than Tk 35,000."

Android operating system 4.4 based-smartphone X3 will contain all of the latest features. The hardware of the phone will be developed.

The phone will be featured with 1.7-gigahertz octa core processor and 5 inches display with third generation Gorilla glass technology.

The thinnest smartphone will provide 2 gigabytes of RAM.

The phone also includes 5 megapixels front camera with and 13 megapixels rear camre with auto focus facilities.

The smartphone featured with a 16-gigabyte internal storage besides a long lasting battery.
