Sabila Nur gets married to Nehal
Sabila Nur and Nehal Sunanda Taher are now officially married!
Friday night was not an ordinary one for the small screen actress as she finally tied the knot with her long-time boyfriend Nehal in a traditional wedding with their friends and families.
Not only the two families and the couple’s friends but showbiz celebrities also looked in the celebratory mood at the event in the capital's Officers' Club Dhaka.
Popular actors including Siam Ahmed, Bhabna, Sabnam Faria, Tawsif Mahbub, Prova, Tanjin Tisha, Safa Kabir, singer Samina Chowdhury, screenwriter Rumman Rashid Khan and filmmaker Animesh Aich, among others, were there to wish the newlywed couple.
The newlywed will throw a reception party on Sunday.
The couple announced their marriage earlier this month. They met through their mutual friend Tawsif three years ago.
Speaking about Nehal, Sabila said, he has been a very good friend and understands her well.
"He stood by me during my hard times. He is very supportive to my work, too. I am very lucky to have my best friend as my husband. Please pray for me," she added.
Nehal, a broadcast engineer at a television station, is from Chandpur. His father, late Abu Taher, worked as the deputy director general at Bangladesh Betar and mother is working as the coordinator of Milestone School and College.
Nabila, from Chattogram, is the youngest child of Nurul Karim, additional secretary of the information ministry.
Sabila Nur has earned much popularity through her acting on the small screen in recent years. She has worked in some TVCs since her debut in the industry as well.
